Halloween or a Microcosm of Life?

Last Year Little Man may have been new on the scene but his potential was endless.  He had secured a job as a redneck race car driver and was really headed places.  However, as unemployment in the U.S. began to grow he too felt the hard hit as the races became fewer and farther between and the money and candy seemed to just disappear.

This year he was outside in the cold forced to beg for candy.

Relying only on an old cardboard sign and good looks to hopefully come home with some much desired candy.   Dad had plenty of candy, but unfortunately he is a republican and doesn't believe in hand outs.  Eli was on his own.

Look at the sheer joy our little hobo found in hitting the jackpot with an outdoor grill.  Thank goodness for a heat source, its going to be a long night.

Oh little one, here is to another four years.  Bundle up its going to be a long cold ride.

Happy Halloween to all!!
